What happens after the 3-day free trial?+
Your Starter subscription begins at $100/mo unless you cancel before day 3. We send a reminder 24 hours before the trial ends. No card is charged during the trial.
What counts as a 'signal'?+
One complete trade setup — symbol, direction, entry, stop loss and take profit — published by our analysts. Updates to existing signals (trailing stops, partial closes) do not count against your daily limit.
What if I hit my daily signal limit?+
Starter (3/day) and Pro (10/day) pause new signals for the day once the cap is reached. Historical signals and open positions remain fully visible. Elite has no daily cap.
Can I switch plans mid-cycle?+
Yes. Upgrades apply instantly and we prorate the remaining time. Downgrades take effect at the next renewal, so you keep the higher-tier features until the period ends.
Is the 14-day guarantee really no questions asked?+
